Exchanges or Cancellations
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept exchanges or cancellations but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Returns
Must be approved.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
• Custom or personalized orders.
• Items on sale.
Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
REFUNDS
Approval is required. Sale items are not eligible.
STANDARD: Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason this is not the case, please contact us:
• Within 3 days of delivery.
• Ship items back within 7 days of delivery at your expense.
• Return UNUSED item in its original packaging.
• Refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee and issued less the shipping costs.
DAMAGED: If the item has been damaged during shipment, photos of the product & damages MUST be provided to us within 2 days of delivery. This is in order to file a claim with the carrier. NO EXCEPTIONS. Notification and photos must be received by us within 2 days of receipt from carrier's dated delivery in order to qualify for a refund.
