SHIPPING AND ORDER INFO
We ship to the US contiguous 48 via USPS. You will receive an email with tracking info. Please note that USPS tracking may take 48 hours or longer to appear in their system. Please, DOUBLE-check that you have provided the correct shipping address. Reshipment and return will be at customer's expense.
Please allow 24-72 hours processing time for all orders. Processing time may be longer (3 to 5 days) during holidays. Delivery can typically be expected within 7 to 15 business days from the date of shipment.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY DATES so please plan accordingly.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS. Please file a claim with your post office/carriers. We will assist in any way we can.
RETURNS
• Sale items are not eligible.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
• Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

STANDARD: Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason this is not the case, please contact us:
• Within 3 days of delivery.
• Ship items back within 7 days of delivery at your expense.
• Return UNUSED item in its original packaging.
• Refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee and issued less the shipping costs.
DAMAGED: If the item has been damaged during shipment, photos of the product & damages MUST be provided to us within 2 days of delivery. This is in order to file a claim with the carrier. NO EXCEPTIONS. Notification and photos must be received by us within 2 days of receipt from carrier's dated delivery in order to qualify for a refund.
